We can NOT ship to anyone under the age of 18, some states have an age requirement of 21.
It is the Responsibility of the Buyer to know all Federal, State and Local Laws pertaining to knife possession.
Buyer indemnifies Cutlery Barn of any and all Liability from injury due to improper use or handling of any cutlery product purchased.
Any attempt in entrapment by any law enforcement agency will be met with swift legal action.
Please consult local law enforcement if you have any questions or doubts as to the legality of any product we have for sale on this site. A purchase made by you constitutes an electronic signature stating you are 18 or older and of legal age to purchase and own a knife.

These are not Toys!! Please keep all knives in a safe place and out of reach of small children.

When exposed please allow for a circle of safety around you to prevent any injuries to bystanders. Our knives are honed razor sharp from the manufacturer.
